UELI MÄDER (*1951 in Beinwil am See), is Emeritus Professor for Sociology at the University of Basel and the Hochschule für Soziale Arbeit. His research focuses on social inequality. His most recent publications are: “68 – what remains?” (2018) and “power.ch. Money and Power in Switzerland” (2015). In 2022, he was awarded the International Erich-Fromm-Prize.
