The issue of role models and lifestyles is one question that never ages, and is the subject of our third intergenerational dialogue between the author Julia Rüegger and her colleagues. In Roth-Hunkelers novel “Damenprogramm (Ladies Programme)“ the question is presented through the eyes of the two friends Ruth and Anna, who stand at the threshold of a new life as pensioners and find themselves confronted with loss and separation, whilst in “Die liegende Frau (The Reclining Woman)“ by Laura Vogt the question focuses on motherhood, breaking free of conventional family ties and the impelling friendship between Szibilla, Nora and Romi.
