The city of Basel played a special role in the life of Hermann Hesse. It was here he enjoyed a happy childhood, laid the foundations for his career as a writer and met two of his wives. We will take a stroll through those parts of Basel where Hesse lived, worked and wrote. Along the way we will discover traces of world-famous texts as well as the author´s unknown works. Length: 1 1/2 hours.
