In "Violeta", the new epic novel by Isabel Allende, the eponymous heroine recounts the highs and lows of her life and the entire century she has lived through from the outbreak of the Spanish flu, which ravaged South America in 1920, to the outbreak of the Corona pandemic. Although the author said she would stop travelling shortly before the novel was published, we nevertheless have the chance to experience her thanks to this live stream.
